Matt Fleischman brings over two decades of experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist and leader in the development of high-quality mental health services within private practice settings. His professional strengths lie at the intersection of clinical excellence and organizational leadership, including clinical supervision, peer consultation, practice management, and the professional development of both licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. He is recognized for fostering collaborative, growth-oriented environments that support both clinician development and high-quality patient care.
Mr. Fleischman earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine. He has extensive experience across private practice and community-based mental health settings. Clinically, he specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating relationship difficulties, behavioral challenges, and developmental concerns. He has advanced training in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with ADHD, ADD, autism spectrum conditions, and related presentations, and he also provides couples therapy, including marriage and premarital counseling.
As Co-Founder of Chiron Psychological, Mr. Fleischman has spent more than a decade in a senior leadership role, providing strategic oversight of the organization’s professional staff and clinical operations. He works closely with the leadership team to advance Chiron’s collaborative care model and to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, ethical, and client-centered services.
Outside of his professional work, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through sports and outdoor activities, and drawing on his past experience as a high-school basketball coach and youth sports leader.
